stop drafts

My husband ripped his pants so I cut off the pant legs, stuffed them both with old clothes, sewed both ends and I use them to put under the doors to stop the cold air coming in the house.

Sandy, I made some draght stoppers too one year. I put them at the front and back door and they did work! That is until they actually froze to the door and the floor! It was really quite comical! They also work really well with leaky windows!
Great idea!

I had to take the hair dryer to one one year! There was ice an inch thick holding it in place! What a year that was!

They are also good for apartments. I made my mom one because she had a smoker down the hall and it kept seeping into her apartment. It worked beautifully!

I was getting tired of using towels to stop the drafts is why I'm trying this. Sure can't hurt. No money spent so why not.
