fighting siblings

Well, lets see. It normally starts about three minutes after they wake up in the morning. fighting over what ever they can. I have two girls 2 and 4. They are very caring and loving but can't seem to go a day without fighting. i guess that is normal but right now that is my major stress. 'thats mine, let me have it, no no blah blah blah. Then the 2 year old starts screaming. Then i go and take whatever it is they are fighting about and put it up. i have tried to get them to make deals or share or whatever but now i just take it. anyway, i am just venting. if you have any opinions or advice or stories for that matter. chime in! have a good one! ok, i feel better.

My two (11 & 6) constantly bicker with each other. It's enough to make me pull out my hair!

I'm to the point where I make them spend time on their beds ALONE so that I can't rest my voice from screaming!

If there is a miracle answer out there, I would love to know what it is!!

Oh ajrsmom
That sounds like my house too, my boy are at each other constantly, sometimes I get so fed up of telling them I end up leaving them to do it (as long as they are safe) and finally they get fed up and separate themselves into separate rooms

My Ds (23) was home visiting this week. He was sitting at the kitchen table with his sisters (21 &17) and pretty soon they were bickering back and forth. I turned around and said----Really, you guys haven't outgrown that behavior yet??? We all had a good laugh and things got better.
My point is I don't know if they ever completely stop their little "power struggles" with each other, but they do get better as they grow up. I remember when they were young going to bed at night and wondering if I had accomplished anything besides stopping arguments all day.
Hang in there and feel free to vent anytime---We've all been there.
