On the other side - what's your latest splurge?

I guess the last thing I splurged on was chicken parm already done up with the sauce & cheese from the meat counter; but that's only because I had a $15 store credit.

Hi!

Not bad Boggz,I told D that we need to go looking for shoes this weekend!
Also i have only found 1 shorts outfit from my 7y/o D in attic yesterday for my almost 3 y/o to wear now,i have given all her clothes away to family members&friends when they needed them,so unless my almost 3 y/o is going to go everywhere in her blues clues undies until her B-day on April30th,I will need to go get her some clothes, which I hate to do,knowing that she will be getting clothes from people for her b-day,hum...I wonder if i can talk my mom into going shopping for herb-day sooner, since she 's in need on clothes!!!

I haven't been very frugal lately, money, easy come easy go!!
that's terrible i need to get more frugal!!!!
hubby & i went to bank today ,to take out a car loan, and went &got a new ford explorerxlt, well not exactly new a 98',but I guess it can be frugal in a way,we will have a reliable vechicle ,minivan having all kinds of problems,it's dying,&becoming a real gas hog!So in a way it may be a good thing, don't know yet!Well gotta go,check other e-mails,have a nice night! 4moms

My biggest splurg is always shoes, I can't seem to help myself, we won't go into how may $'s worth I have, I can be a real scrooge on other things, so that kinda makes up for it ...... maybe ........ sorta ......... perhaps

At the begining of summer I bought some t-shirts I absolutely live in and last Friday I found the long sleeved version of that t-shirt so I bought 3 in various colours. I'm set for my winter now.

Bilby, when does your winter start? End of this month? Still winter here, but our snow banks are going down...so everything is slick and icy now! My dogs are able to dig down and hit dirt now...so much for a lawn again! I hate to see all the other presents they left behind.

I bought a new purse at Walmart for $13--it included a change purse, an eyeglass case(great for my extra pair of sunglasses!!) and an umbrella. I liked the umbrella--even though I carry one in the car, I don't grab it and take it with me. All to often I come out of a store with the kids in a downpour!!

I haven't done it yet, but I am planning a major splurge within the next few months.;-) I've lost weight and am going to buy some new clothes. Not thrift store stuff--new!! But I'm waiting til I lose it all so I won't have to do it again lol!! I have a bunch of stuff from the thrift stores, but want some new stuff, too. I can hardly wait teehee!!

We just splurged some money from tax return to purchase a video camera/digital camera! However it will now give us yrs of memory of our ds, as he is getting to age where everything is sooo cute we want to caapture it all, we did save about 150.00 on it buy purchasing on the internet at least compared to the price of the exact same one at Best buy!

I "splurged" on new shoes and a purse yesterday. But I went to Payless where they're still having the b1 get the other 1/2 off sale so it wasn't toooo bad. I've been looking for a new purse for a whiile and really did need shoes. Today I used my birhtday money from the d-in-laws to buy a new dress, 2 necklaces and 3 pairs of earrings at Catos. Since I found another dress that I liked on clearance for $20 I bought it too but paid for it with checking.
I'm shopped up for now--been doing a lot on Ebay too so I can take a break for a while.
