For easier slicing of the dough, use unflavored dental floss. Slide it under the rolled dough then cross over the top of the roll to cut through.

I save all the aluminum containers - from Chinese food, etc. - that come into the house. When I am baking something for our church's coffee hour, I either bake a cake right in an aluminum pan, or use one of them to hold cookies. Don't have to worry about getting them back!

On a budget and using traditional cloth diapers? Save your money buying special baby washcloths and instead, reach for a flannelette diaper!

Flat flannelette diapers work super as baby washcloths, because they're larger. Way more absorbent than a thin baby washcloth, and way more fabric to work with before it gets soiled, and flannelette diapers are uber soft on babies tender bottom!

Any updates from those of you that tried the aluminum foil in the dryer? I saw one that said didn't work and one that said did but not as soft. I'd love to give it a try myself and pass the tip along to daughters if it works.
