Originally posted by snowowl551 in Dec 2002 WFD thread

3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 bag (10-ounce) large marshmallows
6 cups toasted rice cereal
1 tub (16-ounce) white icing
1 bag (14-ounce) M&M'S Brand Chocolate Candies
Cornhusks, optional

Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Add the marshmallows and stir until melted.

Immediately add the cereal and gently stir until well coated. Let it cool for 5 minutes.

Moisten your hands with water. Mold approximately 1 cup of cereal mixture into an ear of corn. Set aside on plastic wrap for about one hour, until firm.

Frost ears of corn with icing. Cover with M&M'S Brand Chocolate Candies by pressing them into the frosting.

Cut cornhusks into thin strips. Arrange ears of corn on a platter and place cornhusk strips at the top of each ear of Indian corn.
