1/2 tsp plain gelatin
1 cup water
1 -12 oz bag fresh cranberries
1 cup Splenda

Dissolve the gelatin in a 1/2 cup of the water and add it to the remaining water, cranberries, and Splenda in a saucepan over medium high heat. Bring the mixture to a boil and boil hard till the cranberries pop. Keep it in a tightly covered jar in the refrigerator. Makes about 2 cups

Each 2 tbsp serving has 4 grams of carbs, 1 gram fiber...if you count net carbs deduct the fiber from the carbs and you actually have 3 grams of usable carbs per serving

You are so funny!!!!! Juat glad I could help! Let me know how you like it; I do....beats not having cranberry sauce any more! lol I really use splenda and the store brands of it in almost anything, especially if I want to try it! lol Good luck! I also sent it to your PM box as I found that one first... I think I explained why I haven't been on much....
