Perfect Turkey Gravy

1 package McCormick® Turkey Gravy Mix2 tablespoons flour1 1/2 cups cold water1/2 cup turkey pan drippings or turkey broth1/2 cup cooked, chopped turkey giblets

1. Mix Gravy Mix and flour in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in water, turkey drippings and turkey giblets with wire whisk.
2. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until thickened.

Makes 9 (1/4 cup) servings
