Chicken Enchilada Casserole-Can I replace these ingredients?

Can I replace the yogurt with sour cream?
And what can I use to reduce the sodium content? I suspect it is coming from the mild enchilada sauce.

Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Makes 4 to 6 servings
Nonstick vegetable-oil spray
8 corn or flour tortillas
2 cups cubed or shredded cooked chicken
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 can (20 ounces) mild enchilada sauce
1 container (8 ounces) nonfat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons chopped green chilies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat an 8- or 9-inch square baking dish with spray.
Cover the bottom of the dish with 4 tortillas. Sprinkle half of the chicken, half of the cheese and half of the green onions over the tortillas.
In a medium bowl, mix together the enchilada sauce and yogurt. Pour half of the mixture over the casserole.
Layer remaining tortillas, chicken and chilies over first layer. Sprinkle with half of remaining cheese. Pour the rest of the sauce over. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and green onions.
Bake 30 minutes.

I would think that you would have no trouble subbing sour cream for the yogurt.

Check the sodium content on the corn tortillas vs flour tortillas. I would be that flour tortillas would be lower.

Thanks Tami

It didn't occur to me to check the tortilla's for sodium.
