shocking Stepson Trouble

My 17 year old stepson acts like he is 11. He hates me and my daughter who is toddler. He makes her life miserable and mine. She adores him instead he pushes, yells, and shuts the door on her. He hates living here and will tell you. He makes fun of me constantly, talks about my cooking. He is 18 in a couple months, custody ends. But he will still come over each week because his Mom will make sure of it. She likes her privacy. His older brother adores us and is good to us. What can I do to make my situation easier. I have put up with him for 11 years and I have had enough. Dad does nothing about it. He doesn't bring friends or girlfriend over. And if he does, he talks about me in front of them. Tries to humiliate me in family events. Everyone says he is jealous. But I am sort of scared of him and fear leaving him alone with his sister. He says I don't want to be here. When he gets around his Mom and stepDad he is so happy. He loves them. And he will say I don't like you. He yells at us constantly. Though I wash his clothes and clean his room each day. He does nothing. If you ask him, he says you are not the boss of me. He complains constantly. I hate it. He goes to College this fall. What can I do.. His Mom talks about me and his Dad. She has threatened my husband and tried taking him to Court. When it was her fault their marriage ended. Adultery. She makes it seem that it was Dads fault to the kids. She has caused problems for us for 11 years. Now in two months it is all over. We don't have to listen to her. But she will still make her kids stay equal times at our house. She wants to be alone with her new husband. I have just had enough...
