Question Your usual time

Just out of curiosity, what is your usual time for getting up in the morning?

I'm usually up at 6:30am, and then the older boys get up by 7 or 7:30, and the two youngest kids sleep until 8 or 9am. (Dh is up at 6am)

How about the rest of you?

I wake hubby at 5 am, then he wakes me before he leaves at 6:30. Usually I wake the kids around 6:45, the older ones anyway, so they can get ready for school. The little ones I would prefer they sleep in, but they always wake up :P

It's a sixth sense for kids

They always know when Mom wants to be alone ... it wakes them from their slumbers, and it draws them to the bathroom door ... like there's a magnet in our butts or something!

:D

That same sixth sense will probably cause at least one of them to move back home when they are 32 years old.

Today is pajama day here. LOL The big kids are at school and the little kids are still in jammies, no preschool today and no errands. So ahhhhh....

My monday through friday is 4 am, the grandkids get here a few minutes after that so mom and dad can get to work. 6 1/2 yr old grand daughter goes back to bed till 6:30 and then gets up to get to school bus, when school is out, she eats breakfast when she gets here then lays back down for awhile; usually up around 6:30 am even then. Grandson which is just 3 months old eats at 4:30 am and then sometimes goes back to sleep for awhile.

Morning is my time so even when they are asleep I'm up then for the day. Usually only get 3 to 4 hours sleep a night anyway so try to get some things done while everyone else is asleep. DH usually gets up anywhere from 6:30 to 9 am! And then when I'm tired after the kids are picked up any time between 3:45 to 6 pm he wonders why I'm tired! lol
