I have a simular problem with a small boy (age 3) who occasionally visits next door. This boy is allowed to roam the mobile court very early in the a.m. Now my problem is that he has twice come into my back yd and pulled up flowers, dumped my bird feeders and moved a mosaic stone. The last incident, I spoke to the father, and was told not to get so excited about the whole thing, that he is only 3 and we don't live in a senior court. I repeated several times to the father that all I ask is that the boy stay out of my yard . Have been told by several that child protective services is the route to go. The home is a noted drug house , and have made several complaints to authorities about that and also that there are 3 small children present .

Joy, if it were me and there was a 3 year old roaming, much less in my yard, I would call the police AND the 18004AChild. You can call the phone number anyway and ask for advice as well, if memory serves me. The only time I haven't called the authorities is when a child roamed around lost and I knew that the parents were out looking for him.
