Year Round Beans

In large skillet brown 1-2 pounds of ground beef, 1 chopped onion and 2 ribs chopped celery.
Season meat with pepper, garlic, onion powder and celery salt.

In large crock pot place:
1 large can pork n beans (undrained)
1 large can mushrooms (undrained)
1 can butter beans (undrained)
1 can of kidney beans (undrained)

Mix well. This makes a good gravy so do not drain beans and mushrooms.

Add:

1/2 cup ketchup
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
Stir well.

Add ground beef mixture to crock pot. Cook 3 hours on Low setting.
Can serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.

*Turned out very good. Glad I gave it a chance. This is a keeper for me.
