Swiss Potato Soup

Swiss Potato Soup

12 cups goldens chopped small
1 quart of chicken broth(I use Aldi’s fit & Active)
3 cans cream soup ( I use them interchangeable)
Garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper to taste
1 can canned milk
1 lb of swiss cheese
Mix cream soups and broth and put over cut potatoes in a 7 qt. slow cooker, add spices Cook on high for 5 or 6 hrs
Add canned milk and cut up swiss, continue cooking on low until heated through and cheese melts

Both DH and really enjoyed it. For the 3 canned cream soups I used 1 of cream of mushroom reduced fat, 1 of cream of celery reduced fat, and 1 of cream of chicken reduced fat. I omitted the salt in the seasonings. Used skim milk and only used 1/2 pound of Swiss cheese. It is a recipe that I am placing in my "favorites" file! Thanks for sharing it Cau!
