Quick Pizza Pick-Me-Uppers

My kids and I make these for a quick snack when we're short on time.

1 Flour Tortilla
1 Tbsp. Pizza or Spaghetti Sauce
1/4 C. Shredded Cheese (your choice)
5-7 Pepperoni slices

You may also use other veggies such as green peppers, onions and tomatoes if you'd like. (My kids prefers cheese and pepperoni only)

Spread pizza/spaghetti sauce on each flour tortilla, add pepperoni slices then top with cheese. Bake @ 425 for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

*Pay attention to edges of the tortilla as they may become too brown.

These are fast to make and the kids love having their own little personal 'pizza'.

Thumbs up

Thank you for posting this. I just came across this, and it is perfect for lunch for dd and i since she is out of school now. And am going to do this with her friends when we have a sleepover this summer, and they can make their own. It will be fun!
