Roasted Radishes

8 ounces Radishes
2 T olive oil
Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
1/2 lemon juiced (I did not use)
Preheat oven to 400/ Line baking sheet with foil.
Halve radishes lengthwise and place them in a bowl. Toss with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Transfer to prepared baking sheet and bake until tender and a little golden, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve.

This sounds so good, CL! I love being able to use fresh garden vegetables at meal time (Summer months) in unique ways, and this doesn't disappoint. Thank you for it.

It isn't my recipe; I just posted in the recipe threads for all to see; it is originally danstigerangel post in the WFD February 2015 thread! So danstigerangel gets all the credit!
