Recipes using rice

Beef Rice

1 can beef consume
1 can French onion soup
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 cup rice

Melt butter and pour over rice in baking dish. Pour soups in a pot and bring to a boil. Pour over rice. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

This makes a good side dish with almost any meat. It's also great to double and take to a covered dish supper or family reunion.

Beef Rice

Linda-

I make that beef rice recipe all the time and it is wonderul dish with fish or meat. When I make this dish I add fresh mushrooms in it, gives the mushrooms a good flavor and seems to go over well with people. I usually have to double my recipe for just 3 people cause my 4 year old daughter loves it.
