Sausage and Rice Bake
1 pound sausage (mild or spicy, however you like it)
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 stalk celery
1 can Beef Consome
1 can waer
1 cup rice
Brown sausage and drain, but reserve the drippings. Chop pepper, onion and celery ; cook until tender in sausage drippings. Add to sausage. Heat consome and water until it comes to a boil. Mix all ingredients together and Bake 1 hour at 350.
