Fried pickles

  • 6to 8 large dill pickles
    1/2 cup all purpose flour
    3/4 c beer
    1 Tbls cayenne pepper
    1Tbl paprika
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp salt or less depending how much pepper or salt you like.
    1/2 tsp garlic salt
    3 dashes hot pepper.

    Cut pickles 1/4 in .Combine flour,beer cayenne pepper,salt and pepper,garlic salt in bowl. Dip pickles into batter. Heat oil to 375 degrees,in a large sauce pan.Fry pickles until they float. Drain and serve. Dip in horseradish mustard ,mayo,ketchup or any of your favorite dip.
