Corn Pudding

  • 3 cups cut, uncooked corn
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 TBSP. melted fat
    3 TBSP. sugar
    1 1/8 cup scalded milk
    2 TBSP. grated onion

    Preheat oven to 325. Combine all ingredients and pour into greased baking dish and bake for 40 minutes or until firm. Serves 6-8.

  • Congrats WendyMichelle. Haven't had this for a long long time. My mom made this but she always used the cream style corn if she had it. I'll have to make some of this soon.
