Thumbs up Crockpot Ranch Potatoes - TNT

THese are really good! I've used reg white potatoes instead of the red when I didn't have any. Works just as good!!!

2 1/2 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered
8 oz container sour cream
1 package ranch dressing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup

Place the quartered potatoes in the crock pot. In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients and spoon over the potatoes.
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours. Stir gently before serving.
Makes about 6 servings. "
