German Potato Salad

  • 6 slices bacon
    1 cup onions, chopped
    10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 cup water
    2 tbsp cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp pepper
    4 cups cooked poatoes, cubed

    Brown bacon in skillet and crumble. Reserve 2 tbsp drippings and saute onions in it. Blend soup, water,vinegar,sugar and pepper. Add bacon and onions and mix well. Add potatoes and mix well. Pour into crockpot and cover. Cook on LOW 4 hours and serve warm.
