Happy face Crockpot potatoes and carrots

I peeled and cut potatoes into pieces and had frozen or fresh carrots sliced or in carrot chunks. I also had salt and pepper to taste, and I have added garlic powder and sometimes dehydrated onion powder or real onions if everyone in your family likes onions. If you add meat to this it makes a good full meal. I used a whole smaller size bag of frozen carrots, but you can use any size. I also used real potatoes, but you can save time and use canned potatoes too. It also can have green beans added to it if you wish to change it up.

God bless.

Denahowy; that sounds good! I'm going to print it out for giving it a try; it is so nice this time of year especially for using my crockpot as we don't have AC and I love not having to heat up the kitchen with the oven. Thanks for sharing your recipe!

I like to not heat the house up too, and I like to crockpot cook. I hope you enjoy the recipe. Ellenmellon wanted me to post it, so that is when I decided to share it with you and others. I posted other recipes to other parts of the recipe forum too. I am going to try your crockpot recipe for potatoes too. As your recipe looks good Cat lover.
