Marinade

. Originally posted on What's For Dinner - January 2015 by Kell

Found a recipe on cooks.com

1 c. beef broth, 1/2 c. soy sauce and 2 T brown sugar. I used 1/4 c (2T.) soy because that's all I had and 1 tsp brown sugar because we don't care for sweet meat and marinated for 4 hours. Supposed to have a baste of 1/2 c Italian dressing, 1 T finely chopped fresh ginger or 1 tsp ground, 2 tsp soy sauce and 1 tsp dijon mustard.

ribs were really good just marinated and roasted

OMG! The ginger and Dijon addition sound so good!!! Thanks for this CL!

One thing about me... if it has soya, I'm in! LOVE everything that has soya added to it!
