Yes - the cake will stand up for a couple of hours, depending on the humidity and warmth of the area. I took it to my ofc and it was fine - not that it lasted too long... :)

Had a change in plans and taking a ribeye roast out of the freezer. Sides TBD. Mom does not want to go to church so it will be a super casual day around here.
