janet's Salmon Patties

Salmon Patties

1 can of salmon, drained.

1 cup dry..Stove Top Dressings(savory herb is great!)

2 Eggs

Squirt of Lemon juice, or 1/2 fresh lemon squeezed.

Spices: Pepper, Mrs Dash; salt (if you use.)

note* If I use Savory Herb Stove Top, I don't use any more is really up to your taste buds.
1. Drain salmon and place in a mixing bowl...crush up bones with your hands...that gives you extra calcium...(optional)

2. Add, Stove Top Dressing-DRY*

3. Beat 2 eggs, add to mixture.(I use Egg Beaters too!)

4. Add extra spices if desired.

5. Shape into patties, cook in a pan sprayed with Pam Spray. As the one side is browning, I put a dab of margarine on the uncooked side . Flip the patties gently, and cook till that side is golden brown.

Suggestions: I have also made Pesto drizzle over the top of the salmon patties, & have served it with a small portion of pasta, and broccoli. (with a drizzle of Pesto)

If it doesn't nourish your soul,
Don't Keep it.
