Trout Fillets

    Take a pan, line it with foil... ( for easy cleanup)
    Butter the foil...and the fillets ....brush the fillets with oil,
    Sprinkle with Italian bread crumbs, sprinkle with paprika...
    and put a few slivers of butter on each..

    Bake 400 degrees 20 min.

    serve with baked potato....and tartar sauce or seafood sauce.
    and lemon.
