Baked Samon

2 pounds or so of salmon filet
1 lemon
large oven bag (the kind in the store for turkeys)
1 tablespoon flour

Put the flour in the bag and shake around to coat the inside to prevent bursting. Put the bag in a shallow bake dish. Put in salmon filet skin side down if skin is still on it. Sprinkle with dill. Place 4-6 pats of butter on salmon so it will be covered when the butter melts. Cover salmon with lemon slices and squeeze some extra lemon juice all over salmon. Close bag and put 6 half inch slits in bag as directed by box instructions. Make sure the bag isn't hanging over the pan sides. Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes. Carefully open bag and check fish with a fork. If it is light pink and flakes easily it is done. If it is still dark pink in the middle bake for another 5-10 minutes and check for doneness. Repeat until it is done. I used to make this in aluminum foil and it would take forever but then decided to try the oven bag and it was awesome and faster.
