Dishwasher Salmon

1 large salmon, scaled and cleaned
juice of a large lemon
1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
1/8 cup mixture dill, salt and pepper
2 large pieces of foil
1 large lemon sliced
4 sprigs parsley

Marinate fish in lemon juice. minced parsley and dill mixture. Wrap fish in foil tightly. Place on top rack of dishwasher; cook, using wash cycle and one dry cycle. Unwrap fish and garnish with lemon slices and parsley sprigs.

Does this really work? I assume you have to run the dishwasher empty and without soap?

It's a novel enough idea I might be able to get my kids to try it over Spring Break (ours isn't until April)!
