Crabmeat Patties
 
This recipe was orginally posted in the Oct 2010 What's for Dinner thread by Sharona.

Crabmeat Patties

1 pound crabmeat
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs (I sometimes use 4-5 crushed saltines)
1 teaspoon Worchetershire sauce
1 beaten egg
1 tablespoon Mayonaisse
1/4 teaspoon dried mustard

Mix all together, being careful not to break up crab meat too much. Form into patties, whatever size you'd like.
Fry in either butter or olive oil - depends on what you like - until golden brown on both sides.
Serve on a Kaiser or onion roll with mayo, lettuce an tomato. Yum!
