Fish Fillets au Gratin
Fish Fillets au Gratin
* 1 pound (approx) fresh or frozen skinless fish fillets (about 4 fish fillets)
* 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
* 4 teaspoons snipped fresh dill or 1-teaspoon dried dill weed
* 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon, crushed * 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
* 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (3-ounces)

Thaw fish fillets, if frozen. Rinse fish, pat dry with paper toweling. Place fish fillets in a shallow baking dish. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, dill, tarragon, and lemon pepper seasoning. Spoon bread crumb mixture over fish. Bake, uncovered, in a 400-degree F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle
