Looking for Girl Guide pen pals

Hi everyone. I am a Girl Guide leader in Manitoba, Canada and my group would like to correspond with two groups: one Girl Guide unit from Canada and one Girl Guide (or Girl Scout) group from outside of Canada (from anywhere - could be from our neighbours to the south or from across the world or anywhere in between). We would like to write a couple of times during the year and send information about what we do in Guiding where we are and information about our area and would like the same kind of information from you. I think our girls would find this very interesting and it would also help us with some of our program areas! I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Jennifer

Hi Jennifer. What age are your girls? Are you looking to exchange individual letters between each girl or a group letter to the troop?

I am a co-leader of a group of Juniors. We have 16 girls who are ages 9 - 10 and are in the Fourth Grade. Our troop is located in Louisville, Kentucky.

If you are interested in a group letter I am sure we can do that. However, if you want individual letters from each girl to one of your girls I would have to ask the girls.

I am a co-leader for a Brownie/Junior troop in Florida. We have 17 girls, ages 7-10. My daughter, age 9, is looking for a Girl Guide pen pal in Canada. I am not sure if any other girls in the troop would be interested in a pen pal as well, but would be happy to ask. If you have someone who would like to be my daughter's pen pal, just let me know. Thanks!
