There is a large postcard exchange that starts taking names in Sept./Oct. This is worldwide and if for Thinking Day. Our troop did it last year and it was amazing
I recommend this!
I have already signed up my 2 groups, we enjoyed it last year too with my old brownies.
Prepare yourself for the influx of emails tho. Prepare yourself to say no to some - and don't feel guilty about it. A lot of US troops like to try and get all states, or all countries. I would recommend that if you want to do this, that you try to do it over a couple of years and not all in one.
I sent some cards out before Christmas and some after, just notified those who would have to wait. I expect a large lot of requests this year, maybe even more than last year, due to where I am now based.

Guess Who - we might just have to exchange with you this year as your new groups won't have any from our state.

Yes, this post gave you away for me.

Gardneto - I don't know what state or country you are from but if you do join and it is one of those hard to get ones you will get a lot of requests. We were able to get all 50 states as we had only a few troops participating from our state.
