ISO Daisy Acivities

Hi!
As a new Daisy leader, I could use any suggestions for any activities for the girls. Thanks!

Try the website "Makestuff.com" it has all sorts of ideas. I especially like the recycle page. It really teaches the kids alot.

Also, I just went to a home party for Crayola products. I bought two kits to use with the kids for a birthday party. They were both necklace making kits. The website for that is www.bigyellowbox.net/creativekids/.
It was an interesting party. Kind of like a tupperware party, but it had these kits to make things with kids. I really like the idea of everything being inclusive. (not affiliated - just recently experienced)

Have a great time with your projects. Just keep them simple so the kids pay attention!!

Hi there!

I am a Daisy, Brownie, and Junior leader also a Council Trainer here in North Carolina for Pines of Carolina Council.

Try going to Making Friends

They have a whole year of Daisy crafts listed, plus you can now purchase patches in a bag kits that will give you 5 or 6 petal activities for approx. 5 girls. They have 2 kits to cover the entire years worth of activities.

Hope this helps!

When my daughter was a Daisy Scout they did crafts from Oriental Trader (website orientaltrader.com). They have easy, inexpensive crafts (usually in groups of 12). The cost was covered in dues one year & a craft fee the next.
