Ham and Swiss Sliders
12 slices of ham
6 slices swiss cheese, cut in half
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
12 slider rolls
Cut rolls in half and spread mayonnaise on 1 half of each roll. Put a piece of ham and cheese on each roll and replace tops. Put into a baking pan close together. In a bowl whisk together poppy seeds, dijoin mustard, melted butter, onion powder and worcestershire sauce. Pour sauce over the rolls covering just the tops. Cover with foil and let sit 10 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or till cheese is melted. Uncover and cook an additional 2 minutes till tops are lightly browned ans crisp. Serve warm.
