Pinkie Winky The Best Sloppy Joe

OK everyone, I'm going to divulge my Mom's secret recipe for Sloppy Joe's. The secret is there aren't many ingredients. It's simple food that tastes great. I would never open a can of that manwich stuff. You won't believe how easy this is and how great it tastes, trust me!

1 - 1-1/2 lb ground beef
1 onion diced
1 green peper diced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup ketchup
2 TBLS Guldens Mustard

Brown beef with onions, green pepper. Drain of oil and put back in pan. Add all the other ingredients and cook on med low for about 10 - 15 minutes. Put it on some hamburger rolls and you are good to go!

Let me know what ya think!

Julzy, thanks for the recipe. I make it similar with yellow mustard and I think the gulden's would dress it up, that's a good secret to share!

Hi Julzy, that recipe sounds so good.
My children and I spent a couple of weeks in WV with friends some years ago and one of the meals we had was sloppy joes. I have had one or 2 recipes but will sure try this one.
Will let you know what I think!
God bless,
