Stacia said "The results were........ 100% keeper!!! My boys absolutely loved this chicken!!!! Since we're on a lowcarb diet, we eat alot of chicken and they get tired of the same old stuff. The chicken was juicy and very flavorful!!! I served it with baked potatoes & green beans. It's a blue ribbon winner to me!!!! "

Our blue ribbon winner for Oct. 11 is Barbszy for her Apple-Poppyseed Cole Slaw.

The Apple Poppy-Seed Slaw was a good recipe. I made it 4 a church function and I brought home an empty bowl. I had a few comments on it and 2 of the ladies even went as far as 2 ask me if I would email them the recipe so they could make it. It was very easy 2 make and non expensive. I am keeping the recipe so I can make it again. Good pick.

I followed the recipe as it stated w a few minor changes.
I added 15 grapes, halved
I changed the onion to 1/4 cup, I thought 1/2 cup was 2 much
I added 2 TBSP. celery seed
I used Real Mayo

I let this all set overnight in the frig and right b4 serving time I gave it 1 last stir and then I placed halved apples and grapes on the top and gave a shake of celery seed 2 finish it off.'

I would like this but my dh doesn't like poppyseed.
