Ideas on how to use Marscapone Cheese

Hi, my name is Dana and I visited this forum about a year ago.
I'm needing help on how to use Marscapone cheese in a recipe (other than Tiramisu, I already know how to make that). I would appreciate it if anyone has any ideas on what I can use this cheese for. I'm a working mom, so time is of the essence, I would like something that is quick and simple; even if it's something as easy as a dip!

Thank you, have a great day!

I like it sweetened, just a little, with powdered sugar and used in crepes with fresh raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, peaches are extremely good. Also makes good blintzes.

DH makes a great and very easy dessert with it!!

Start out with Trefoil Girl Scout cookies.
"Frost" each one with Marscapone.
Slice strawberries in half and place one on each "cookie".

Although we have only used the girl scout cookies, I am sure that any shortbread cookie or bar would work great.

DH has bought about 8 boxes of those cookies so far this year!! He wants to make sure that we have enough to last until next year when the Girl Scouts begin selling again.
