ISO Recipe for Chicken, Cheese, Broccoli Casserole

I'm looking for a recipe that was on the box of Velveeta cheese. It is chicken, cheese, elbow macaroni and I think broccoli.
I think it also calls for chicken broth.

Thanks,

Coll

I found this one. Hope it's what you're looking for.

Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves -- cut into small pieces
  • 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can chicken broth
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni -- uncooked
  • 3/4 pound Velveeta -- cut up
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli -- thawed
Directions:
Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in broth. Bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8-10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Add Velveeta and broccoli; stir until Velveeta is melted. Thanks Barb, thats the one. My husband asked me to make that velveeta chicken macaroni thing. I'm glad that you have come across it. Also thanks Tami for pointing me to that website. Found lots of stuff I want to try.

I made this for dinner tonight. My husband said it was delicious, Maddie would only eat the chicken, and Miriam only wanted the broccoli.

Hey, weight watchers, velveeta makes a light version that is pretty good.

Here is a recipe submitted by FC member, Joanie Grow:

Kraft® Chicken & Broccoli Skillet

4 small boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
1 pkg. (12 oz.) Velveeta® Light Shells & Cheese Dinner
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed

Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook on medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes
on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.

Add 2-1/2 cups water and Shells. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer
15 minutes or until shells are tender and chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally.

Add Cheese Sauce and broccoli; cook until mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.

Makes: 4 servings
