Hi! My kids are in a homeschool co-op once a week. One of the classes is Fun with the Alphabet, so each week someone brings in (usually the child who's birthday is the closest) a snack for the letter that we are talking about, to go along with the rest of the lesson. We just did 'I' last week, and for our snack someone brought in 'iced cupcakes', just regular cupcakes with icing but we reinforced the 'i' in 'iced'.

Also I wanted to mention, although I guess it won't help the original poster much, since I'm sure she's already done 'H'. Anyway, I brought in Honey Grahams for 'H' week, but they weren't the regular kind, they were the honey sticks! Toward the end of the class one of the kids realized that they could make the letter H with them, after that they were making bunches of letters with their honey sticks! I made sure to go out and buy another box for us at home!
