Tastier Mushroom Gravy
Mushroom gravy
Sauteing mushrooms into two batches which allows them to caramelize to a nice brown color rather than steam from being overcrowded.
In a large skillet over med high heat , cook mushrooms in butter 10 min. or until browned and pan is dry stirring often. Stir in gravy and rosemary, let simmer 2min.
Mushroom gravy will moisten the meat and add extra flavor to any leftover turkey the next day too. Let it soak up the sauce for an hour or refrigerate up to a day.
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
2 Tbs. butter
1 cup turkey gravy
1 tsp. fresh rosemary
