Quick 'N Easy Potpie
1 small can beef broth
1 T cornstarch
1 sirloin steak, cubed
1 T oil
1 package frozen mixed veggies
1 package frozen peas
potatoes, peel a few potaotes, and cut into very small cubes, boil 1o minutes and drain well.
1 t garlic powder
1/2 t pepper
2 tubes of crescent rolls
Whisk 1/4 c of the broth with the startch and set aside
Over high heat, cook the beef in oil until browned. Add the frozen vegetables, cook and stir for 3 minutes. Add broth, bring to a boil add the broth and starch mixture, cook 1 minute.
Pour into a casserole dish, place rolled crescent rolls on top and bake for 15 minutes at temperature on back of rolls tube.
