What kinds of things are you looking for? I have only canned tomatoes, sweet potatos, green beans, jams/jellies and pickles, but I have several canning books that I can look up something that you want.

Check with your local Cooperative Extension Office they should have lots of good canning/preserving recipes and they might even hold classes to teach you new methods. Most offices (ours does this) offers pressure canner lid testing- to make sure your weighted pressuer canner lids are safe and the pressure guage is registering the correct temperature. Good Luck! Feel free to check out our website and search for recipes/tips http://cleveland.ces.ncsu.edu/
I am in North Carolina, but each state and county has a county cooperative extension office.
