no egg recipes(allergy)

Hi there

I have a child in my homedaycare that is allergic to eggs so I have collected some recipes that omit eggs. If anyone has more I would love to share them.

NO EGG CHOCOLATE SNACKING CAKE

1 1/2 cup flour
4 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp vinegar
5 tbsp oil
1 cup luke warm water

mix dry ingredients in 8 inch pan,ungreased. Make 3 holes, pour vanilla in one, vinegar in anouther and oil in the third. Pour water over top mix well. bake 325 for 40 to 50 minutes

NO EGG BANANA CAKE

1 cup mashed banana
1/4 cup oil
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix these ingredients
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 cup flour
Add these to the wet ingredients
Bake 375 oven for 25 minutes

1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup- 1 cup peanut butter
2 cup bisquick
1 tsp vanilla

roll into balls
press and bake
350 oven
6-8 minutes

NO EGG OATMEAL COOKIES


2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups oats
1 cup shortening
3/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla

mix dry ingredients. Cream shortening and maple syrup and vanilla. Combine the two.
If dough is too dry add up to 1/4 cup warm water
350 oven
12 minutes

VIENNESE KISS COOKIES


1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup butter chilled and cut in 1 inch pieces
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
24 chocolate kisses

Grease 12 mini muffin tin
350 oven
Mix flour, butter and sugar on med speed with mixer. Add sour cream and vanilla. Beat at low speed till soft dough forms. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place 1 ball in each muffin cup. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Immediatly press one kiss into centre of each cookie when taken out of the oven. Let cool for 1 minute before removing.

3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups semi sweet chocolate

Cream shortening with sugars. Add dry ingredients then chocolate chips. Bake 375 oven for 9-11 min.

1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 cups quick oats
1 cup pecans
2/3 coconut
3/4 cup raisins

cream shortenings and sugar . mix the remaining in. 350 oven 10 minutes

SKOR SHORTBREAD


2 skor cocolate bars
3/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup sifted icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup flour

Oven 300 degrees. Put rack on lowest position in oven.
Chop up 1 chocolate bar, put other aside. With electric mixer beat butter add sugar. Beat in vanilla and salt. Using a wooden spoon stir in 1 cup flour till mixed then add remaining flour and cut up choc pieces.
Put dough into ungreased 8 inch dish. With floured fingers press to even thickness, use a fork to pierce dough every inch Chop remaining choc bar and sprinkle over dough.
Bake about 35 min cut into pieces immediatly.
