What to feed Jasmine today

Okay here is a list of foods Jasmine can not eat:

peanuts, nuts and seeds
beans and peas
bananas
melons
tomatoes
corn
cream soups
canned soups

That is all my tired brain can remember right now. Today she was able to slowly eat french fries from Runza. They are softer. Tonight she could eat some pasta! She drank a orange julius for breakfast. I added powered milk for protien.

This is what I have came up with that she CAN eat:

scrambled eggs
mashed potatoes
applesauce
canned fruit
scalloped potatoes
baked potato if you mash it up?
tender roast beef with potatoes and carrots?

Connie, are these all soft foods right now because of her throat? Is she actually able to eat more of a variety of foods when her throat is not sore and swollen?

Yes, she is eating soft foods now because of her poor throat. The foods on the list are the foods she is allergic to.

Connie were you looking for ideas on what to give Jasmine "just" for now because of her throat, or recipes for even when she is feeling better or both, lol??
How about for now if you make a Simple Quiche with eggs, cream, mushrooms, or spinach, at least its filling.
Home made mac n cheese,
How about doing a "stuffed" baked potatoe, (also if you do the potato in the microwave the outside skin stays soft)
What foods does she really like??/

Just for now.

She thought stuffed baked potatoes sounded good!

Connie, if Jasmine can eat and likes peppers & onions, you could mince them into very small pieces and add to scrambled eggs. Also add some cheese. Serve with hash brown potatos.

Connie what about pasta...like spaghetti...noodles are soft and maybe add cheez whiz or sauce to them...Fettucini Alfredo is with a cheese sauce...she might like that...

Hope she feels better soon...
