German disc for cookie baking

I have several boxes of these eatable disc called "Back-Oblaten" from Germany. They are supposed to be put on a cookie sheet and your cookie placed on them and then you bake them. They then become the bottom of the cookie. My question on them is does anyone know if you still grease your cookie sheet before placng these with the cookie dough on top or not? All the directions are in German so I'm at a loss. I have about 8 boxes of these things and hate to see them go to waste.

Or is there someone here that could translate the German on the box for me? I'd appreciate any help; especially with Christmas Cookie baking time coming!
