I put everything together like a sandwich and grill it like a grilled cheese sandwich. I call it my grilled veggie sandwich

I think most places sell the ground bologna as sandwich spread.

Sandwiches! I love them! So easy to make and eat!My #1 favorite sandwich is turkey and cheese on a big kaiser roll. I've been eating turkey since the days of the lowfat diets and it has just stuck with me.I also like...the cuban sandwich but I usually get them frozen or from a local sandwich shop and a big corned beef and cheese sandwich on rye bread! One more fav is grilled cheese which I can make totally loaded with lots of other goodies or baked plain in the oven like the school lunchrooms used to make. Since my Mom worked in a school cafeteria she makes them perfect. Takes me back to those old days especially if eaten with tomato soup!Oh, I just thought of two more....fried bologna on white bread (I think this is David Letterman's fav (I have the cookbook he and his Mom wrote) and I love an egg sandwich with cheese!!Elaine

My Maddie loves egg sandwiches. The first time she shared one with me she asked for seconds and then a third sandwich. All it was ~ scramble one egg, fry it so it is flat, put between two slices of bread lightly salt the egg.

OMG, I grew up in South Dakota and my mom would make those all the time. She had an old fashioned grinder and would grind the big chunk of baloney and add relish and mayo, put it on a hamb bun, wrap it in tinfoil, then put it in the oven to get hot. OMG, I want one so bad right now. She said I was the only child out of 5 of us that would eat them.

My favorite now is the Reuben! MMMMMMM
