How many servings of vegies and fruits have you had today?

I had pineapple juice and some cantaloupe with breakfast.

trainlady......They always say an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Bananas are very healthy too.

I always buy a large papaya and keep eating slices every day. It is suppose to help with digestion. Enjoy pears full of fiber.
Do drink cranberry juice too good for kidneys.

Guess it is important to eat your vegetables too.
Had a salad with tomatoes, onions and peppers added for flavor.

Made cauliflower also had potato salad from leftover baked potato.
Made an omlet this morning with parsley scallions and egg.

This time of year once fresh fruit and veggies hit the stands I can not get enough of them.

I had a banana and pear for breakfast, lunch was a huge salad with lots of variety of veggies in it. I will have anectarine for snack and grilled veggies for supper tonight with a salad.

Hugs Debbie

I had my usual banana for breakfast.

A slice of tomato in a ham sandwich for lunch.

A green salad with tomatoes and carrots with dinner.

I drank Juicy Juice with the meals and then ice water for the rest of the day.

I could very easily turn vegetarian. I can eat veggies all day everyday. Some fruits too. I usually exceed the recommended veggie intake. Alot of the time I'd rather have the veggies and no meat. But have to have protein once in a while.

I did pretty good today! I had a banana with barley cereal for breakfast, a salad with lettuce, tomato, avacado, cucumber and onions for lunch, plus a kiwi; an apple later for a snack and for dinner brocolli and canned peaches.........
