It depends what we are having. Hot sauce, salt, pepper, sour cream are the usual things we use around here

Salt and pepper on nearly everything. But I put butter or cheese on a awful lot of stuff also.

Freshly ground premium Watkins black pepper.

I don't even keep salt on the table any more but do use salt in cooking.

However, the pepper grinder is always full of black peppercorns so we can add that wonderful Watkins black pepper.

Here in Utah and I guess in the west, we make a sauce for our french fries. You mix up about equal proportions (more or less of what you like) of catsup and mayonaise or salad dressing. I also like ranch dressing to dip my fries in, but as always, it has to be a certain brand of ranch dressing that is made about 50 miles from us. It is the best. Love it on a lot of stuff and also add some to potato salad.
I put ranch dressing on a lot of stuff, including baked potatoes, and as a dip for fresh veggies.
Oh my, I'm getting hungry. I've already had supper and it is late, need to be in bed.
Hope you all have a good week!
