I generally have oatmeal or another hot cereal for breakfast with some juice and my decaf sometimes it is that with scrambled egg or a fried egg sandwich. But either way always have my breakfast.

Yes you really should. Breakfast helps you to not eat so much later in the day. Good luck

I know what you mean.. My beloved Mom never ate breakfast (tho' she made everyone else) but when she came to live with me after Pop died. Both my hubby and I pushed her to eat breakfast telling her neither of us would then David and Judy chimed in and told her "Granny if you don't we don't" so needless to say Granny did

. She ended up liking it too lol. So maybe you will too. Good luck and you are welcome.

Im not sure but Id like to "earn" some of the icons others have...just not sure on a few how too..The bday one i understand but im not a mail person and I would forget to mail them and be in trouble...lol

I assume the quizzes count too I know the Alphabetical games all count as am doing them left and right lol. The SS is really a nice thing. You have the rest of this month to get up to the quota they need and with the games for sure you will.
