Fat Free Vanilla ice cream

as posted by cat lover in WFD 03/06:

2 cups cold fat free milk
1 can (14 oz) fat free sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg. (1 oz) sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix

In a large bowl whisk all ingredients till blended and thickened. Freeze in an ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions. Transfer to a freezer container, cover and freeze for 1 hour or till firm.

1/2 cup equals 196 calories ,trace fat (anything less than 1 gram is considered fat free), trace saturated fat, 5 mg cholesterol

I got this recipe from Light & Tasty magazine

Barbsy, that sounds great. Ice-cream is my weakness. When the chn. and I were in the States some years back we were introduced to Sari's Icecream parlour in Pittsburgh - WOW!!

Lynne, I can't take credit for the recipe. It came from Cat lover.

Part of my work here at FC is to take all the recipes that people post over in "What's for Dinner" and copy them to the Recipe area. So it looks like I am putting in a lot of posts, but most of them are not my own recipes.

OH, thanks for pointing that out Barbszy. Still, you posted it where I could find it so that counts!!
Thanks Cat lover. It sounds good.
