Pistachio Pudding Dessert

    Pistachio Pudding Dessert

    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 sticks of butter or margarine (softened)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 8 oz cream cheese
    1c. powdered sugar
    1 9oz Cool whip (reserve half)
    2 small pkgs. pistachio pudding
    3 c. milk

    Mix flour, butter and nuts. until well blended. Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake for 10 to 15 min at 350. Cool. Soften cream cheese and mix in powdered sugar. Fold in 1/2 of cool whip. Will get stiff. Spread over cooled crust. Mix puddings with milk and spread over cream cheese mixture. Use remaining cool whip to frost the top.
